サル・ベーコン 江坂本店 (Sal Bacon Esaka Main Store)

I went to the Sal Bacon Esaka main store in Suita City. I would like to go and will contact you, but if you plan to go around 7pm, it is better to check beforehand. ^_^ There were several types of sausages, and we compared the flavors. You can see the food being baked over the counter, which makes it even more delicious ^_^ Also, the grilled bacon is delicious. Also, I heard that gratin is often requested, so I ordered it. This is also delicious ^_^

A bar where the sausages and beer are delicious. The sausage is freshly grilled and has a distinctly meaty taste, and the beer that goes with it is superb. After all, Pilsner Urquell's draft beer is too good. Not just sausage. There are many other dishes on the menu, and you can't go wrong with any of them. Isn't Esaka's level too high?

Since it used to be in Nishitemma, I happened to be staying in Shin-Osaka due to transportation this time, so I made reservations for just two seats and entered the restaurant. I'm glad I made a reservation. Even though it was a weekday, the store was full. I like dark beer, so I told the staff what I liked and ordered it. I like smoked food so I chose the platter. The way it is smoked is very elegant and brings out the flavor of the ingredients, and it goes perfectly with alcohol, so you can drink too much of it. It was my first experience with smoked saury, but it tasted like the dried saury I used to eat at Oarai fishing port plus the smokiness. Can you convey it? I want you to try it. I can tell you how delicious this is. The taste is a little closer to Japanese sake. it's the best. From what I remember when I used the restaurant for lunch, the rice was served to me and I could have as many refills as I wanted. Tonteki and hamburger steak have the highest scores for me. The ham, sausage, and bacon were so amazing that I not only felt like Germany, but I was also envious of how delicious Germans can eat. A store you can't go wrong with. I highly recommend it, and I hope you'll try it again near Umeda.

The tonteki for lunch was delicious, but it wasn't cooked properly and there was some lean meat, and the half-cooked pork was scary, so I couldn't eat it. The rice comes in the ohitsu, but what happens to the leftover rice? Isn't there something you can do to reuse it? At a nearby stand-up restaurant, I saw Uo○ reusing the sashimi left by customers, so I stopped going there.
